Practioner FAQs

How do I make a room reservation?

After you have made initial contact with either of the Directors of Albion Consultancy and Treatment Ltd. you can telephone or email to reserve a room via our Practice Manager. The booking is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by us.

Do I have to book a minimum number of hours?

The minimum number of hours per week or month will require discussion with the practice manager and will depend on your circumstances.

Can I always have the same room?

Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate your needs we cannot guarantee the availability of the same room for every reservation.

What are the fees?

There is a flat hourly rate for hours booked per month. Lower rates can be negotiated for regular users with an established practice. Please chat to our Practice Manager for further details.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellations of less than 48 hours are charged at the normal rate.

How am I invoiced for reservations and services?

Invoices will be sent to practitioners at the start of the month to cover room use and additional services for the previous month. Invoices should be settled within two weeks of date of invoice.

What level of service do I get with a room reservation?

The reserved room; use of kitchen for refreshments, waiting room, receptionist for your patient (available only at restricted times), and a passive telephone/e-mail message taking service (i.e. messages passed on to you).

If you require additional administrative services this can be negotiated with the Practice Manager for an additional fee.

Are there any other services available?

A typing service (in relation to patients seen at ACT) is available at an additional hourly rate. Please discuss your requirements with Maureen.

What facilities are available within the room?

Each room is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The consulting rooms are relaxed, yet formal, providing an ideal professional environment from which to offer a variety of mental health assessment and treatment services. Room Five is equipped for group or family sessions.

Is internet access available?
